BillToFlow (“we”, “us”) runs billtoflow.com. This policy explains what data we collect and why, in plain English.
What we collect
1. Email subscriptions. When you sign up for our newsletter or download our checklist, we store your email address and name (if you provide one) with our email provider. We use it to send you the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click — every email has a link.
2. Analytics. We use privacy-friendly website analytics to see which pages people visit. This data is aggregated — we don’t track you personally across the web.
3. Cookies. Our site uses a small number of cookies: ones that make WordPress work, ones from our analytics, and ones from affiliate networks that record when you click a link to a tool we recommend (so we can earn a commission if you sign up). You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
4. Contact form. If you message us, we keep your name, email, and message so we can reply. We don’t share it with anyone.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data. Ever.
- We don’t share your email with third parties except our email provider (who only sends our newsletter).
- We don’t run creepy cross-site ad tracking.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how BillToFlow stays free. Every page with affiliate links says so clearly at the top.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email hello@billtoflow.com and we’ll sort it out within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new policy.
